The Italian law ex art. 10 e 13 - Law 675/96

The Italian Law n. 675 dated 31 December 1996 regulates the protection of persons and other entities with respect to the processing of personal data and the obligation of confidentiality. According to art. 10 of the law 675, The Associazione Guide Alpine Val Gardena, situated in 39048 Selva di Val Gardena, Via Meisules 144 (Italy), responsible of the data processing, must provide specific information to the persons sending messages in relation to the purposes and methods of the data processing.
